We are pleased to announce that our best-selling product, TempoTrax® Heavy Duty, is now available in a new size: 2410 mm x 600 mm x 20 mm. This highly anticipated size has been developed in response to our customers’ requests for more versatile and manageable ground protection solutions.
Why a new size?
Many of our customers have requested a narrower and lighter version of TempoTrax® Heavy Duty to facilitate transport, installation, and adaptation in confined or hard-to-reach areas. The new size, 2410 mm x 600 mm x 20 mm, weighs only 18 kg, making it easy to handle manually without the need for heavy machinery.
Benefits of TempoTrax® Heavy Duty 60
- High load capacity – Despite its lighter weight, the mat has been load-tested to withstand up to 80 tons, making it ideal for both light and heavy vehicles.
- User-friendly design – Equipped with handles at each end and fixing holes in the corners for easy installation and secure interconnection.
- Durable and flexible – Made from 100% recycled high-density polyethylene (HDPE), providing a flexible mat that adapts to the surface and has a long lifespan.
- Safe surface – The blasted tread surface ensures excellent grip for rubber tires, and the mat has different traction surfaces on each side for vehicles and pedestrians.
Applications
The new size makes TempoTrax® Heavy Duty 60 particularly suitable for:
- Temporary roads in tight spaces – Perfect for construction sites where space is limited.
- Protection for narrow tire tracks – Ideal where only narrower ground protection is needed for machinery and vehicles.
- Walkways at events – Create safe and stable pathways for visitors at festivals and concerts.
- Protection of sensitive surfaces – Preserve lawns and other delicate grounds during heavy transport or installations.
We are confident that this new size will meet your needs and facilitate your projects. For more information or to place an order, visit our product page or contact us directly.
