ArmorTrax® Plastic Bog Mat 3600x800x100 mm

ArmorTrax® Plastic Bog Mat – is made from 100% recycled high-density polyethylene (HDPE) reinforced with a framework of metal rods. It is a highly regarded alternative to wooden timber mats, which are not durable when exposed to water, rain, and moisture. These mats also have a slight buoyancy effect, making them highly effective in environments such as swamps, the sea, and areas with extreme moisture or humidity. These mats are load-tested to a maximum capacity of 80* tons when used on stable surfaces such as asphalt and concrete.

ArmorTrax® Plastic Bog Mat 3600x800x100 mm is made from 100% recycled high-density polyethylene (HDPE). These mats are load-tested to a maximum capacity of 80* tons when used on stable surfaces such as asphalt and concrete.

With four lifting eyes, the mats can be easily moved and installed. They adapt to the surface, allowing for optimal weight distribution. Their unique design compensates for linear expansion and contraction of the mats during extreme temperature changes.

The ground protection is made from compression-molded high-performance thermoplastic, which is resistant to chemicals and oil and is UV-protected. The mats do not absorb moisture and are mold-free. The standard color is gray/black (undyed, “natural” recycled plastic).

ArmorTrax Plastic Bog Mat is a new alternative to wooden timber mats. These mats do not absorb water and can withstand the heaviest excavators. They also have a slight buoyancy effect, making them effective in swampy, wet, and high-humidity environments. This is a highly durable mat for all projects, whether short or long, where heavy machinery is used.

100% recyclable & 100% recycled plastic!
