TempoTrax® Heavy Duty

TempoTrax® Heavy Duty is made from 100% recycled high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and is load-tested to a maximum capacity of 80 tons* on both flat and slightly uneven surfaces.

With handholds at each end and fastening holes in every corner, the mats are manually manageable and can easily be moved and installed by hand. Check out our range of connection options. The sandblasted wear surface is designed and tested to provide the best grip on the market for rubber vehicle tires. The mat has two different grip surfaces on its sides—one for vehicles and one for pedestrians. Its unique design compensates for linear expansion and contraction of the mats during extreme temperature changes.

The ground protection is made from compression-molded high-performance thermoplastic, resistant to chemicals and oil, and UV-protected. It does not absorb moisture and is mold-free. The standard color is gray/black (undyed, “natural” recycled plastic).

TempoTrax® Heavy Duty is a cost-effective ground protection mat, offering a perfect hybrid between budget mats and expensive road plates. They are slightly flexible and adapt to the surface. This is our best-selling mat and, with its very long lifespan, is also ideal for the rental industry. It is a flexible yet durable mat for all types of projects, both short and long.
